What you will do

• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI-powered features to enhance search, recommendations, and automated workflows.
• Develop and fine-tune LLMs and RAG pipelines to reason over internet-scale data and deliver context-aware insights.
• Build, scale, and maintain AI-driven analytics and automation systems to facilitate data-backed decisions.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and data engineering teams to integrate seamless AI-native experiences.
• Evaluate and improve model performance using RAGAS, LangSmith, and automated regression testing frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years building AI-powered user-facing features.
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend and API services development.
• Experience with RAG evaluation frameworks (e.g., RAGAS, LangSmith) and LLM pipeline regression testing.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering to improve LLM accuracy, reasoning, and consistency.
• Understanding of secure and responsible AI practices, including guardrails and safety checks.
• Must be based in the continental US or Canada.

• Advanced knowledge of AI/ML architectures and applied deep learning.
• Experience with vector search and LLM fine-tuning.
