What you will do

• Develop AI/ML algorithms and models following industry best practices.
• Analyze user challenges, workflows, and use cases to create concrete AI solutions.
• Conduct research on scientific literature and maintain a technological watch over AI/ML trends.
• Manage data acquisition, data cleaning strategies, and training dataset preparation.
• Measure model performance and resilience, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a team of Data Scientists to integrate AI into new products.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Machine Learning or a related specialty.
• At least 6 years of experience in ML research and development, including deep learning.
• Proven experience with LLMs, RAG, and Copilot systems.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, Llamaindex, DSPy, and GraphRAG.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with major cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, or ElasticSearch.
• Practical experience with MLOps.
