What you will do

• Manage high-volume inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist members with enrollment, plan activation, terminations, and detailed plan information.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of all member interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers and internal sales teams to resolve complex beneficiary issues.
• Ensure all communications and documentation strictly adhere to CMS compliance regulations.
• Identify and propose process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency and member satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn and adapt to industry platforms such as Salesforce and carrier portals.
• Understanding of CMS compliance regulations and ability to apply standards effectively.
