What you will do

• Develop growth‑focused TVAD plans across CTV/OTT, online video, digital audio, linear, and programmatic display.
• Lead senior‑stakeholder communications, including updates, QBRs, and steering committees.
• Orchestrate optimization at scale across DSPs, managing pacing, frequency, overlap, and brand safety.
• Design high‑impact measurement tests, such as geo/lift and holdouts, to prove combined media lift.
• Integrate TVAD strategy with Search, Social, Commerce, and CRM to drive business impact.
• Mentor P3/P4 teammates and codify reusable strategy playbooks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing TV/video/audio/display at scale or 5–7 years in analytical roles with strong media analytics exposure.
• Hands‑on experience with DSPs, ad‑server workflows (trafficking, tags, pixels), and verification/IVT tools.
• Expertise in incrementality, lift testing, and forecasting to connect media to revenue and LTV.
• Must be based in the USA.
• BA/BS degree required.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience with YouTube ad platforms.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Platform or verification certifications.
