What you will do

• Own and manage strategic relationships with existing content and course partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-value content partners aligned with the company portfolio strategy.
• Lead partners through end-to-end course creation and submission workflows to ensure quality and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with instructional design, compliance, product, and marketing teams.
• Build and optimize scalable partner onboarding frameworks and course review cycles.
• Monitor partner performance and operational KPIs to drive course effectiveness and learner feedback.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in partner management, vendor management, content operations, or program management.
• Experience working with external vendors and digital learning, certification, or education platforms.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Experience operating within compliance-driven and regulated environments.
