Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Execute and evolve organic social strategy across @hirify.global and @hirify.globalmen.
• Own the organic social content calendar from planning through publishing.
• Develop social-first strategies for product launches, campaigns, and reactive opportunities.
• Write engaging, platform-native copy for captions, scripts, and community responses.
• Partner with Creative, Brand, and Influencer teams to produce high-quality content.
• Monitor performance KPIs and translate insights into actionable creative recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing organic social media for consumer, lifestyle, or wellness brands.
• Proven expertise in developing social-first content strategies for Instagram and TikTok.
• Exceptional social copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex messaging.
• Experience leading cross-functional campaigns and managing content production budgets.
• Strong understanding of social analytics and performance-driven creative strategy.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
