Senior Social Media Manager (Wellness)

Location: Remote (United States)

Annual base salary: $120,000–$130,000 USD

What you will do

• Execute and evolve organic social strategies across hirify.global and hirify.global Men.
• Own social content planning, editorial calendars, publishing, and platform-native storytelling.
• Develop social strategies for campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments, and reactive opportunities.
• Write captions, scripts, hooks, on-screen text, creative briefs, and community responses.
• Build communities through community management, social listening, trend monitoring, and creator partnerships.
• Monitor performance, report on KPIs, and turn insights into creative and growth recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing organic social media for consumer, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or CPG brands, in-house or agency.
• Experience developing social-first strategies for Instagram and TikTok.
• Exceptional social copywriting, storytelling, creative judgment, and brand communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional campaigns with Creative, Brand, Paid Media, Influencer, PR, Product Marketing, and related teams.
• Experience managing creator relationships, content production, and campaign budgets.
• Strong social analytics, project management, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
