Social Media Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; New York City is a strong plus, with an office in Williamsburg.

Salary: $75,000–$137,400 per year depending on seniority, plus stock options.

hirify.global is building an AI agent that helps small businesses manage customer acquisition, communication, scheduling, and payments.

What you will do

• Own the social calendar, publishing, and day-to-day operation of hirify.global’s brand channels and selected founder accounts.
• Choose what to publish, where it belongs, and when it should go live while maintaining a consistent cadence.
• Transform UGC, customer and team footage, product demos, and selected paid creative into platform-specific content.
• Create lightweight original content and help founders turn their ideas and product moments into authentic posts.
• Develop recognizable formats and a consistent hirify.global voice across platforms.
• Build a repeatable workflow, track performance and audience signals, and improve the content mix.

Requirements

• Hands-on, autonomous experience operating social media channels.
• Strong judgment about content quality, platform fit, hooks, copy, formats, and publishing cadence.
• Ability to edit, package, and write content rather than reposting assets unchanged.
• Ability to build reliable content workflows and use performance signals to guide creative decisions.
• Must be able to work remotely from within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience running a YouTube channel.
• Experience distributing content to US small businesses and understanding that audience.
• Availability in or connection to New York City.
