What you will do

• Manage AP/AR transactions and reconcile bank and credit card accounts for 28 restaurant locations.
• Input and maintain financial data in QuickBooks Desktop via VPN connectivity.
• Extract and consolidate sales data from third-party delivery platforms such as Uber Eats and DoorDash.
• Organize and analyze financial information using Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
• Handle daily administrative routines, including managing multi-page platform updates and Google Reviews for all locations.
• Ensure end-to-end task ownership and proactively escalate blockers to the company accountant.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a bookkeeping role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Hands-on experience working with QuickBooks Desktop.
• Availability to work full-time aligned with Eastern Standard Time.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional home office setup.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal daily oversight.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with restaurant industry accounting and multi-unit operations.
• Experience retrieving sales data from delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash).
