What you will do
- Act as the primary interface between business partners and engineering squads.
- Analyze business objectives and translate them into rigorous functional and technical specifications.
- Partner with development teams to engineer performant and scalable digital platforms.
- Evaluate technical implementation strategies and prioritize problem-solving.
- Organize and rank tasks using Jira and Kanban to drive project execution.
- Track milestones, identify bottlenecks, and lead proactive efforts to resolve them.
Requirements
- Must be based in Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, or Peru
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical delivery or software engineering initiatives
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Background in engineering with direct coding experience, specifically in full-stack development
- Deep proficiency in contemporary architectures for web-based applications
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and Jira/Kanban workflows
Nice to have
- Engineering expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Hands-on familiarity with AI-driven development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
- Demonstrated success in launching SaaS platforms or modern web-based digital products
- Experience managing direct relationships with external business partners
