What you will do
- Modernize collaboration, service management, and engineering workflows using the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Configure and administer Atlassian products and Marketplace applications for enterprise clients.
- Deliver cloud migrations, process transformations, and enterprise tool implementations.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to define business outcomes, tool architecture, and process alignment.
- Create training and enablement materials to support long-term platform adoption.
- Manage multiple parallel client engagements and priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting or enterprise Atlassian administration experience.
- Strong expertise with Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
- Proven success delivering cloud migrations and process transformations.
- Ability to configure SaaS platforms based on evolving client requirements.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and DevOps practices.
- Must be based in the United States
Nice to have
- Experience with Atlassian Data Center to Cloud migrations.
- Knowledge of ESM processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
- Experience with Atlassian Guard, Intelligence, Forge, or Rovo agents.
- Familiarity with Groovy, Python, or REST APIs for scripting and integrations.
- Experience with identity management systems (Okta, Azure AD, SAML).
