What you will do

• Assist with request intake and prioritization of analytics requests from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance operational sales reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance and pipeline health.
• Collaborate with the Senior Analyst to ensure data accuracy across the data warehouse and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Execute standard processes for sales data extraction and transformation.
• Translate complex data into clear visualizations and reports for non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, data science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, sales intelligence, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data transformation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query and data visualization.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards and using Python for data manipulation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in professional services, accounting, advisory, or consulting industries.
• Experience building and maintaining self-service semantic models.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft D365.
• Experience leveraging AI to develop efficient processes and analysis.
