Senior Agentic AI Developer (Enterprise AI): Designing and operating conversational agents, agentic workflows, and AI-powered automation integrated with enterprise data platforms, with an accent on Python, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure, Snowflake, and Splunk. Focus on building resilient cloud infrastructure, implementing CI/CD and observability, and integrating LLM capabilities into mission-critical business processes.
Location: Remote from Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, or Brazil

What you will do
- Design and build conversational solutions, custom copilots, and agentic workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Python.
- Integrate AI agents and automated workflows with Snowflake and SharePoint enterprise data ecosystems.
- Architect and operate resilient, large-scale Azure infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines, YAML, and GitOps patterns.
- Develop monitoring, logging, and auditing strategies with Splunk to track agent performance, latency, and operational bottlenecks.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor IDE and GitHub Copilot to improve delivery and code quality.
- Provide technical direction, participate in client discussions, and recommend emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, or automation roles at enterprise scale.
- 4+ years of hands-on Python experience building backend services, APIs, and data integrations.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents and Power Automate.
- Experience building agentic workflows or AI pipelines and integrating LLMs into business processes.
- Strong Azure expertise, Snowflake integrations, and experience with high-volume logging and monitoring ecosystems such as Splunk.
- Bilingual English proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repositories, artifacts, and YAML.
- Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
- Experience with SharePoint integrations, reusable modules, and reproducible infrastructure standards.
