Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, British Columbia. Open only to Canadian-based talent.

What you will do
- Lead a team of compositors across multiple projects, providing creative and technical direction.
- Collaborate with VFX Supervisors and Producers to execute client visions to the highest standards.
- Participate in technical and creative calls with directors and clients.
- Coordinate task assignments and manage tight deadlines and fast turnaround times.
- Review shots and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and ensure high-quality final deliveries.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a VFX studio environment.
- Expert proficiency in Nuke/NukeX, Mocha Pro, and Photoshop.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Proven experience supervising artists on both episodic and feature projects.
- Strong artistic aptitude for shot composition, design, and look development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with After Effects and CG software.
- Proficiency with Shotgrid management software.
