What you will do

• Concept and produce end-to-end video creative for paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
• Optimize composition, pacing, and storytelling to elevate brand quality while maintaining performance.
• Develop high-converting hooks and visual frameworks based on performance signals.
• Directly edit and polish video assets at speed using professional editing tools.
• Integrate AI tools for scripting, asset generation, and workflow acceleration.
• Collaborate with growth and media teams to iterate creative based on data.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in video creative, art direction, or production.
• Proven track record with paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV).
• Fluency in video editing tools and strong visual design instincts.
• Experience with generative AI tools for creative production.
• Residency in specified US states or Ontario, Canada is mandatory.
