What you will do

• Supervise the operation of the Audio Department during set-ups and performances.
• Manage facility operations during evening and weekend events.
• Train, oversee, and schedule production staff and stage technicians.
• Coordinate with Ticket, Bar, and Front of House teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Resolve client problems related to stage and backstage areas.
• Act as the primary stage technician for specific events.

Requirements

• Diploma in a related field of arts production or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in performing arts production with a demonstrated responsibility progression.
• Specific skills in Stage Rigging, Stage Lighting, and Stage Management are required.
• Commitment to enhancing awareness and skills related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Nice to have

• Specific skills in Live Audio and Audio Recording.
• Experience in other theatre departments such as Lighting or Rigging.
