What you will do

• Shoot original lifestyle vlogs, daily routine content, talking-head segments, and podcasts solo.
• Manage the full post-production process, including editing, color grading, sound cleanup, and motion graphics.
• Create long-form videos and short-form vertical clips for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate on light scripting and content development to shape the structure of filmed segments.
• Handle gear preparation, logistics, and rental workflows.
• Maintain organized file management and ensure fast turnaround of assets.

Requirements

• Based in Canada; no relocation or visa sponsorship provided.
• Proven hands-on experience in cinematography, framing, and lighting without a support crew.
• Professional proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with lifestyle vlogs, talking-head content, or podcast segments.
• Ability to work with a flexible, non-fixed schedule based on the founder's day-to-day.
• Strong instinct for pacing, hooks, and authenticity in personal brand content.

Nice to have

• Experience filming for founders, creators, or public figures.
• Willingness to travel occasionally later in the engagement.
• Familiarity with short-form platform best practices across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Experience in health, wellness, or DTC-adjacent content.
