What you will do

• Lead safety performance on the line, mentoring team members on PPE and safety concepts.
• Manage the line crew, including shift hand-offs, breaks, job rotation, and staffing requirements.
• Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain team training logs.
• Coordinate TPM (Preventative Maintenance) activities and lead problem-solving for line downtime.
• Ensure material flow for upcoming orders and monitor scrap performance on a shift basis.
• Perform layered audits, Gemba walks, and implement 6S workplace organization.

Requirements

• Experience working in a Chemical Plant environment.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems.
• Ability to work outside standard shifts, including weekends and overtime.
