What you will do

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and families.
• Manage clinical risks and respond to clinical crises as needed.
• Utilize Lyra's matching technology and provider platform for client acquisition and scheduling.
• Maintain an independent practice while collaborating with Lyra's clinical consultation teams.
• Integrate measurement-based care and clinical best practices into patient sessions.

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD).
• Unrestricted independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) without disciplinary actions.
• Full-time residency in the United States.
• Dedicated office space available in the Tennessee area.
• Proven experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments like ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
• Ability to manage risk and respond to clinical crises.
