What you will do

• Conduct field surveys via call center technology to identify difficulties beneficiaries face with cash transfers.
• Utilize Salesforce and Aidkit to track incidents, maintain case notes, and document findings.
• Investigate potential fraud or recipient harm and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Produce weekly reports on cases, observations, and outcomes.
• Research social media to identify and investigate online scammers targeting program applicants.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve escalated safeguarding cases.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 2+ years of experience working with vulnerable communities.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong active listening and investigative interviewing skills.
• Technological literacy for recording data on smartphones, tablets, or computers.
• Ability to travel 1-2 times per year to countries of operation for retreats or field visits.
