Salary: $59,700 - $84,300

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee shareholders, providing support via phone and proactive follow-ups.
• Educate participants on various equity plans including RSUs, NSOs, ISOs, PSUs, SARs, and ESPPs.
• Conduct financial wellness conversations to align equity benefits with broader financial goals.
• Coordinate equity transactions such as account setup, stock option exercises, and trade execution.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations.
• Identify opportunities to refer participants to additional wealth management resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66 licenses required.
• FINRA Fingerprinting required.
• 1-2 years of experience in equity compensation, stock plan administration, or wealth management.
• CEP® Level 1 required (or obtained within 6-12 months of hire).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience with Rule 144 transactions or Section 16 insider requirements.
• Previous experience in a financial services contact center.
