What you will do

• Design and evolve the technology governance domain operating model and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead governance practices, including intake, prioritization, governance cadence, and operational reporting.
• Manage the stewardship of standards, policies, patterns, playbooks, and technical reference materials.
• Develop operational metrics and dashboards to measure governance effectiveness and execution discipline.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, and risk teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Mentor Domain Operations Leads and contribute to the overall functional governance strategy.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship provided).
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 9 to 12 years of experience in technology governance, risk and compliance, or technical program management.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing technology governance operating models.
• Strong ability to influence without direct authority and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Certifications in Governance, Architecture, Security, Risk, Agile, TPM, or Knowledge Management.
