What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable machine learning and generative AI platforms used across the organization.
• Develop robust backend infrastructure to support resilient and high-performance AI services.
• Deploy and manage various AI-driven applications in production environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver impactful products.
• Write high-quality, production-ready code daily.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of experience delivering production-ready software products.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern async web frameworks like FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Proven experience building RAG-based AI solutions and maintaining vector databases.
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.

Nice to have

• Experience with Graph Databases (Neo4j, AWS Neptune) and GraphRAG.
• Knowledge of LLM observability tools like Langfuse.
• Experience with Celery and Protobuf.
• Background in Java/Kotlin and working with sensitive healthcare data.
