What you will do

• Design and execute cell-based assays for target validation and lead optimization.
• Culture and maintain diverse cell lines and primary cells with high precision.
• Analyze and interpret complex experimental data, including single-cell image analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet research project deliverables.
• Work with automation teams to support high-throughput screening protocols and robotics.
• Present research findings to internal teams and external academic or industrial partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in cell biology or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in culturing, deriving, and maintaining various cell lines.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Must be able to work on-site in Cambridge, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience with plate-based assays and high-throughput screening.
• Familiarity with advanced techniques like high-content imaging, microscopy, or molecular biology (PCR, western blotting, ELISA).
• Willingness to work with complex automation and robotics systems.
