Salary: $93,400 - $140,000

What you will do

• Assist and enable customers in the successful use of hirify.global data analysis software.
• Train customers on HiFi sequencing data characteristics and analysis tools like SMRT Link.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers regarding their sequencing data.
• Provide bioinformatics and software assistance in response to customer inquiries.
• Support sales teams through scientific presentations, technical discussions, and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with application specialists, service engineers, and product teams to support instrument installations.

Requirements

• Must have current authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• MSc or PhD in life sciences, bioinformatics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in bioinformatics, data management, or technical support.
• Proficiency in high-throughput DNA sequencing data analysis and pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of sequence alignment, variant calling, and de novo assembly.
• Experience with bash scripting, Python, and R.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for onsite support and training.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global data and tools.
• Familiarity with WDL, snakemake, or nextflow.
• Previous experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Wet lab experience and knowledge of library preparation protocols.
