What you will do

• Develop and characterize lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and other nanoparticle-based delivery systems for platform development.
• Design and execute formulation studies, including nucleic acid encapsulation and stability evaluations.
• Perform comprehensive physicochemical characterization focusing on size, PDI, zeta potential, encapsulation efficiency, and drug loading.
• Apply analytical techniques such as DLS, NTA, UV-Vis spectroscopy, SEC, SDS-PAGE, and HPLC to evaluate nanoparticles.
• Support the design, synthesis, and purification of protein bioconjugates, including monoclonal antibody and peptide bioconjugation.
• Analyze data using Excel and GraphPad Prism and maintain detailed electronic notebooks.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in nanoparticle-based formulation development and analytical characterization.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Bridgewater, NJ

Nice to have

• Prior work with nucleic acid delivery systems, especially lipid-based or polymeric nanoparticles.
• Experience with nucleic acid encapsulation techniques and bioconjugate/targeted delivery.
• Proficiency in physicochemical and biochemical characterization techniques.
• Strong data interpretation skills using GraphPad Prism and Excel.
• Familiarity with stability testing and release profiling.
