What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance trading platforms for internal and external clients.
• Implement updates and changes based on Latam Cash market structures, regulations, and exchange service offerings.
• Collaborate with traders, sales, clients, and compliance officers to define and implement new feature requests.
• Develop exchange connectivity systems and order management solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java or C++.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and Linux operating system.
• Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with Event Sourcing (Sequenced core stream) based architecture.
• Knowledge of JVM internals and tuning for low-latency.
• Experience building C++/Java systems with strict requirements for microseconds-level deterministic performance.
• Knowledge of equity markets.
