• Participate in developing and delivering technological solutions for assigned work packages.
• Fix bugs in systems under development and in production.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or development teams.
• Support critical business applications and the reliable operation of the company portal.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Good communication skills and a passion for learning.
• Entry-level profile suitable for an educational internship.
