What you will do

• Lead technical analysis projects and prepare lab work orders to evaluate semiconductor process technologies.
• Perform reverse engineering and claim analysis to produce Evidence of Patent Use documents.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to develop project scopes and technical proposals.
• Author customer-facing reports detailing technical findings.
• Monitor global semiconductor technology trends and represent the company at professional conferences.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the semiconductor industry or equivalent academic background.
• Expertise in manufacturing technologies for advanced CMOS (FinFET), DRAM, NAND, or emerging memory.
• Proficiency with analytical techniques such as SEM, TEM, EDS, EELS, and SIMS.
• Must be able to provide citizenship or permanent residency information for U.S. Export Control compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
