What you will do

• Manage organic social media and paid digital advertising campaigns across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy to improve campaign performance.
• Test landing pages and implement data-driven improvements to conversion paths.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance for internal and client stakeholders.
• Own and manage the Yext solution and maintain vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Organic Social Media.
• Proficiency with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation solutions.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required (no visa sponsorship available).
• Strong analytical skills and a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience creating content for Catholic organizations (church, diocese, or school).
• 2-3 years of Paid Search/SEM campaign management experience.
