What you will do

• Lead the architecture and scaling of the financial technology stack across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and FP&A.
• Embed AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate code generation and testing.
• Design robust data models and solution architectures across Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
• Build seamless integrations between accounting systems, data lakes, and internal applications using SQL, PL/SQL, REST, and SOAP.
• Automate financial workflows to decouple business growth from manual operational overhead.
• Translate complex accounting principles into scalable technical designs and comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP.
• Strong proficiency in relational databases, advanced SQL/PL/SQL, and web services (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML).
• Demonstrated experience in accounting process transformations and financial data modeling.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with peripheral financial modules intersecting with accounting data (Tax, FCCS).
• Previous experience in fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency platforms.
