What you will do

• Build and maintain AI-powered web applications and autonomous agent systems.
• Implement multi-agent workflows, orchestration, and recursive AI pipelines.
• Expand and maintain an internally developed CRM platform and scalable backend services.
• Integrate AI applications with HubSpot and other third-party business systems.
• Design graph memory architectures and ensure secure information-sharing between agents.
• Collaborate directly with the founder to rapidly execute product ideas and optimize systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience building production AI applications and autonomous agent systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js, with working knowledge of Java.
• Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and agent memory management.
• Hands-on experience integrating APIs, specifically HubSpot or Salesforce.
• English: C1+ required (excellent written and spoken communication).

Nice to have

• Experience using AI engineering frameworks such as Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, or OpenClaw.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
