What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned aviation accounts as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate placement support activities to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Manage the renewal process and proactively identify opportunities to expand client portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal analytics, service, and broking teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Requirements

• Professional experience within the (Re)insurance aviation sector.
• Knowledge of reinsurance treaty structures, specifically Proportional and Non-Proportional Excess of Loss (XOL).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize demands.
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding documentation, compliance, and communications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships.
