What you will do

• Manage complex inward treaty reinsurance claims across Property, Casualty, and Specialty lines.
• Perform detailed coverage analysis, policy interpretation, and eligibility assessments.
• Conduct reserving and financial exposure assessments, including risk flag management.
• Handle large loss and catastrophe claims, including comprehensive loss reviews and analysis.
• Maintain and develop relationships with brokers, clients, and cedants.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in reinsurance claims handling and administration.
• Deep knowledge of Property, Casualty, and Specialty Treaty claims.
• Ability to perform complex claims investigations and accurate settlement calculations.
• Must be based in London or able to work in a hybrid capacity there.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Professional qualifications such as ACII, CPCU, ARe, or AIC.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience within Lloyd’s and international reinsurance markets.
• Knowledge of Letters of Credit (LOCs) and collateral management.
