What you will do

• Maintain and update the Communication Log on a daily basis.
• Create transmittal letters and other necessary correspondence for clients.
• Manage department scanning and digital organization.
• Maintain agency EPIC files with accurate and consistent documentation of client conversations.
• Ensure strict adherence to all MIB electronic and EPIC procedures.

Requirements

• Current California Department of Insurance License
• 1 year of professional experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to routinely work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• College degree preferred; high school diploma required.
