What you will do

• Serve as a technical escalation point for 3rd-level support and complex incidents.
• Design and implement secure cloud and hybrid infrastructure architectures.
• Develop and deploy customer-specific infrastructure and security concepts.
• Implement Zero Trust and identity protection strategies across hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with 2nd-level support teams and contribute to the cloud and security service portfolio.
• Manage multiple customer projects in parallel with a focus on high availability.

Requirements

• German: C1/C2 proficiency required.
• English: B2 proficiency required.
• 6–7+ years of professional experience in IT system administration or service provider environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Cloud (Azure, Intune, Defender, Zero Trust) and on-premise infrastructure (Windows Server, Hyper-V, SQL Server).
• Solid background in networking and security (Firewalls, VPN, Routing, Switching).
• Experience with infrastructure tools like VEEAM, Proxmox, and Linux.
