What you will do

• Lead the global Network & Connectivity team and manage global infrastructure including WAN, LAN, WLAN, and site connections.
• Develop and implement the group-wide network and connectivity strategy in line with business needs.
• Drive the development of modern network solutions, including Zero Trust, SASE, and Cloud Connectivity.
• Define and maintain architecture principles, standards, and guidelines for network services.
• Manage relationships with technology partners, managed service providers, and external vendors.
• Oversee budgets, optimize costs, and coach team members in an international environment.

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in networking, connectivity, or IT infrastructure services.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, Network Security, and Cloud Networking.
• Understanding of modern network architectures, specifically Zero Trust and SASE.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and international environments.
• Degree in a technical or business-related field or comparable qualification.
