What you will do

• Provide L1, L2, and L3 technical support for employees at the Hamburg HQ.
• Execute tech projects including Chrome OS rollout and tool consolidations.
• Consult stakeholders on optimizing productivity using existing tools and AI.
• Manage office infrastructure including WLAN and meeting room hardware.
• Oversee domain management and coordinate ticket triage with working students.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in IT systems or systems engineering.
• Profound knowledge of Google Workspace, Office 365, JAMF, and InTune.
• Experience with AI tools and scripting (HTML, CSS, AppScript, TypeScript, Cursor AI).
• Relevant IT Bachelors or Masters degree.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal).
• Ability to be physically present in Hamburg to resolve localized HQ issues.
