What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of Mechanical Claims Adjusters, communicating job expectations and appraising results.
• Oversee quality control and reporting, monitoring claims and phone queues to ensure adherence to metrics.
• Create and revise systems and procedures to streamline workflows and increase overall productivity.
• Handle escalated claims and ensure all communication is managed within desired timeframes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to analyze data, identify trends, and forecast needs.
• Coordinate with the Compliance Department on contract updates and cross-train with other global departments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (implied by US-specific benefits and state requirements).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• 5+ years of experience with automotive repairs.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
