What you will do

• Support and maintain networking, servers, virtualization, and storage infrastructure.
• Manage cloud infrastructure environments including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Implement and maintain security best practices such as patch management, IAM, and vulnerability remediation.
• Handle infrastructure-related helpdesk escalations using ticketing systems.
• Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and travel occasionally for onsite work.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on infrastructure experience across networking, servers, and virtualization.
• Working knowledge of firewalls, switches, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, and network protocols.
• Experience with hypervisors, SAN/storage, and backup tools.
• Experience administering cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exposure to security platforms including SIEM, EDR, and certificate management.
• Must reside in the Atlanta metro area for occasional onsite hardware support.

Nice to have

• Experience with LAN/WAN technologies and QoS.
• Experience with Cisco UCS.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or VMware.
• Experience with security reporting or infrastructure compliance.
