What you will do

• Serve as the primary business contact between schools, districts, and internal teams to resolve assessment delivery exceptions.
• Conduct proactive readiness outreach and lead training sessions for district and school test coordinators.
• Act as a subject matter expert for SAT and PSAT programs to provide guidance and support.
• Design and implement manual processes or workarounds to address edge cases during test administration.
• Collaborate with internal partners to manage risks, track readiness, and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
• Identify operational patterns and trends to propose process improvements and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in K-12 educational technology, assessment, or school/district administration.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
• Demonstrated experience leading training workshops and webinars.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Smartsheet.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude) for developing tactical solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to school and district locations.
