What you will do

• Monitor, triage, and respond to security alerts and events in coordination with the security operations team.
• Assist with vulnerability management, including scanning, tracking, and coordinating remediation efforts.
• Support security compliance and audit activities for FedRAMP, SOC 2, and NIST 800-53 using the hirify.global platform.
• Evaluate and configure security tooling such as SIEM, endpoint protection, and cloud security posture management.
• Participate in threat and risk assessments and document findings under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with the CISO’s team on policy development and incident response.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with core security concepts including networking, operating systems, encryption, and access control.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing and security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in security operations, governance/risk/compliance (GRC), or threat detection.
