What you will do

• Operate and maintain hirify.global’s technology platforms across cloud, IAM, and AI domains.
• Implement and manage access controls, identity policies, and authentication/authorization systems.
• Harden and monitor cloud infrastructure in collaboration with senior cloud architects.
• Secure AI/ML pipelines and agentic workflows as they scale across the company.
• Automate system maintenance and troubleshoot issues using IT administration or software engineering skills.
• Develop internal documentation, runbooks, and playbooks to ensure knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong professional foundation in IT administration and/or software development.
• Hands-on experience in at least one area: IAM, AI/ML infrastructure, or cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Proficiency with scripting, automation, and a strong troubleshooting mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, late-stage startup environment with ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration and support.

Nice to have

• Prior security experience or a strong working knowledge of security best practices.
