Location: Must be based in Canada. Candidates within 80km of the Markham Hub are required to be onsite 3 days a week.

Salary: $111,700 – $167,600

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded software production.
• Architect and operate cloud-based platforms hosting build, test, and virtualization capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement automation best practices.
• Optimize the scalability, reliability, and security of CI/CD infrastructure.
• Integrate pipelines with physical and virtual test environments for co-simulation workloads.
• Analyze platform performance and implement data-driven improvements to remove bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-based infrastructure development.
• Expertise in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and major cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and at least one of C, C++, or Java.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Must have valid work authorization for Canada; no immigration sponsorship is provided.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related engineering discipline.
• Experience with Bazel or Make-based build systems for large C/C++ codebases.
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, SPI).
• Experience with automotive tools such as Vector CANape/CANoe or dSPACE SystemDesk/VEOS.
