Salary: $166,000 - $195,000 CAD

What you will do

• Manage and optimize monorepo builds using Bazel and the remote build execution cluster to ensure short feedback loops.
• Scale CI pipelines for speed, safety, and reliability, managing GitHub configurations and pre-merge checks.
• Improve the developer onboarding experience to reduce time-to-first-commit for new engineers.
• Provide and maintain remote development environments to accelerate local workflows and deployment.

Requirements

• Experience building developer infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, or large-scale build systems such as Bazel.
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code in Go or Python.
• Experience with distributed build execution systems and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on improving engineering workflows and productivity.
