What you will do
- Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release automation for SaaS applications and containerized workloads.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot application builds across development, QA, and production environments.
- Assist with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS-based deployments and operational readiness activities.
- Use Terraform to provision and maintain cloud infrastructure in a consistent and repeatable manner.
- Write and maintain automation scripts in Groovy, Python, and Bash to reduce manual operational work.
- Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot infrastructure, build, and deployment issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or release engineering.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
- Strong Linux fundamentals and command-line troubleshooting skills.
- Practical experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS cloud services.
- Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or Groovy.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Terraform.
- Experience with Azure cloud services.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tools like Black Duck or Prisma Cloud.
- Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools for productivity and troubleshooting.
