Salary: $55,000 - $58,000 per year

What you will do

• Place commercial inventory daily and manage weekly inventory cycles.
• Maintain advertiser frequency and exclusivity requirements and constraints.
• Identify and report under/oversells of commercial inventory to optimize revenue.
• Liaise with copy, planning, production, and marketing teams to maximize spot placement.
• Execute day-of-air changes for fluctuating programming schedules.
• Partner with offshore groups to ensure deal health, scheduling, and deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of traffic, sales service, and/or operations experience within the media business.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
