Location: Must be based in Cluj Napoca, Romania. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Develop, configure, and maintain BRM applications including Fusion Risk Management, Everbridge, and Power BI.
• Code, test, debug, and deploy software changes in alignment with project timelines.
• Promote application updates following the MMC System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology.
• Independently design and build technical modules and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot coding issues and provide technical support for escalated tickets.
• Mentor team analysts and communicate software development roadmaps to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software configuration and development.
• Strong exposure to Fusion and Everbridge platforms.
• Subject matter knowledge in Business Resiliency, risk management, compliance, or audit.
• Proficiency with SDLC/ALM tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Planview.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
