What you will do

• Provide technical support for software products and resolve communication issues between technical equipment.
• Monitor hardware and software infrastructure using platforms such as Grafana.
• Proactively analyze system alerts, document issues, and escalate them when necessary.
• Participate in incident response teams for phishing, ATP, DDoS, and malware incidents.
• Develop and recommend improvements for incident resolution procedures and support processes.
• Mentor junior team members and help identify technical risks not covered by existing tools.

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Support Engineer in the IT industry.
• Must be based in Timisoara, Romania.
• Ability to work 24/7 shifts.
• Proficiency in Atlassian and Microsoft products.
• Technical university degree (preferably).
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Basic networking knowledge.
• Experience investigating API logs.
• Familiarity with log management and visualization tools like OpenSearch or Kibana.
