What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations of the AI Capability & Enablement function, ensuring effective coaching, triage, and standards-setting.
• Design and manage structured workflows for intake, routing, escalation, and feedback loops.
• Monitor communication channels to resolve AI usage questions and route platform issues to feedback mechanisms.
• Provide AI coaching through office hours and 1:1 sessions, helping colleagues translate problems into AI-solvable use cases.
• Conduct hands-on experimentation with AI tools, including meta-prompting refinement and custom GPT configuration.
• Synthesize recurring user patterns into reusable artifacts such as living exemplars, blog posts, and structured guides.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, or project management.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with defined deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows, including custom GPTs and prompt engineering.
• Experience operating in professional services or complex, matrixed environments preferred.
• Must adhere to a hybrid working policy requiring 60% in-office attendance.
