Senior Accountant

What you will do

• Clean up and reconcile the full books for a multi-location, multi-entity clinic-based mental healthcare business.
• Record revenue cycle adjustments under ASC 606 and reconcile billing and EHR data to the general ledger.
• Rebuild accounts receivable by entity, location, and payer; apply reserve methodology and resolve unapplied cash.
• Clean up accounts payable, prepare accruals, and reconcile payroll, benefits, bonuses, and provider compensation.
• Maintain clinic and equipment lease schedules under ASC 842 and review inventory, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L activity.
• Record intercompany transactions, support consolidation, document processes, and help build a repeatable month-end close.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of accounting experience, ideally as a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Assistant Controller.
• Healthcare industry experience in multi-site or clinic-based organizations is required.
• QuickBooks proficiency is required.
• Hands-on experience with account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606 and ASC 842, plus exposure to intercompany accounting in a multi-entity environment.
• Advanced English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with books clean-up projects, RCM, or EHR billing systems.
• Background in mental or behavioral healthcare.
• CPA qualification or progress toward CPA certification.
